Hi, I’m Sammi Brondo, a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor with over a decade of experience. My journey to food freedom wasn’t easy, and I’ve been where you are now—struggling with guilt and stress over food choices. This personal struggle fuels my passion for helping others achieve the same freedom and peace with food that I have.

With years of professional experience, I’ve helped countless clients break free from restrictive diets and find a balanced, intuitive approach to eating. Altogether, the videos take about 1-2 hours to go through. But watch at your own speed! You don’t have to watch them all at once. Watch a few videos before bed, on the subway, or just listen while driving to work.

Once you’ve purchased the course, you have lifetime access to the materials. You don’t have to get started right away or worry about watching ASAP once you’ve bought the course.

Yes! Every video has closed captioning for those hard of hearing or who to prefer to watch without sound.

Yes. While this is not a weight loss course, I understand the desire to want to lose weight. This course will not invalidate those feelings. Instead, it will give you tools to respect your body and feel confident in your current body as you create a healthier relationship with food.

Yes! Modules 1-4 are dedicated to creating a healthy relationship with food for yourself. If you don’t have kids, but would like to someday, I highly recommend watching modules 5 and 6 about kids too. It’s never too early to start fostering food freedom for kids. And you have lifetime access – so you can refer back to modules 5 and 6 at any point in the future too.

While I can’t generalize every single medical condition, I can tell you this: there is no situation where it doesn’t benefit you to have a healthy relationship with food. In fact, a healthy relationship with food is a huge part of overall health, and stress reduction often lessens symptoms in many diseases.

If you have an active eating disorder, please seek individualized help from a registered dietitian and/or licensed therapist. This course is not a substitute for eating disorder treatment.

If you’ve had a past eating disorder and are currently in recovery – or if you’re already working with a professional individually – this course is a great complement to any tools you’ve already learned, especially if you’re looking to prevent similar patterns with your children.

The course is available via streaming only, but you can turn on closed captioning (and even turn the volume off!) to read along as you watch.

While a lot of the course covers specific scenarios for toddlers ages 1-5, it’s relevant for elementary school children too, up to age 12. It’s also great for babies under the age of 1, as you’ll use the tips from early solids on.

I know you say to look at food in a neutral way, but this course helped me grasp that concept better and actually stop putting sour candy (my weakness!) on a pedestal. I can keep it in the house without worrying I’ll eat it all – and that’s big.
