Getting enough protein at dinner doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you’re looking for a quick weeknight meal, a family-friendly favorite, or a recipe that’s great for meal prep, these 20 Easy High Protein Dinner Recipes have you covered. From salmon and chicken to turkey meatballs, tacos, stuffed peppers, and hearty pasta dishes, these recipes are packed with protein and flavor to help keep you satisfied.

I know we’re all into protein right now. And honestly, as a dietitian, I don’t hate it.

Protein has been shown to help with satiety. It’s important for muscle growth and maintenance. And point blank: it just helps keep you full.

Do I think we’ve become a little obsessed with protein to the point where we’re adding it to water? Absolutely yes. But that’s a different story for another day 🙂

Instead of obsessing over protein, I recommend simply focusing on including a solid source of protein with each of your meals. This likely ensures you’ll get the protein you need.

Additionally, because I know that thinking about, planning, and preparing dinner is often more time consuming than it needs to be, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite, easy, high protein dinner recipes for you.

Save this list for whenever you need a little inspiration. And enjoy!
