These blended baked oats were another viral recipe that I was skeptical about… until I tried them. They’re so good. I guess that’s why they went viral!

Ingredients
1/2cuprolled oats
1/4cupmilk of choice
1egg
2tablespoonscocoa powder
1tablespoonmaple syrup
1/4teaspoonbaking powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonchocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease an oven-safe ramekin.
In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. I use unsweetened vanilla almond when I make these, but any milk will work.
Mix in the chocolate chips and pour mixture into the ramekin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the oats reach your desired texture (bake closer to 25 minutes for more well baked oats and closer to 20 minutes for more gooey oats).
