Ingredients

cooked ditalni pasta

small red onion - about 1/3 cup diced

carrots - about 2/3 cup diced

mini red bell peppers - about 1/2 cup sliced into thin rings

sun-dried tomatoes
roughly chopped

small white beans

pepperoni
chopped

provolone cheese
diced (about 1 cup)

fresh basil

To garnish: shaved parmesan cheese
Italian Dressing

olive oil

tablespoons
red wine vinegar

tablespoon
dijon mustard

sugar

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Salt

Instructions
In a large bowl, add all of the pasta salad ingredients.
In a separate bowl or jar, add all of the dressing ingredients. Whisk well until combined.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
Top with shaved parmesan, extra Italian seasoning, and fresh basil. Serve.
