Ingredients
1cuppumpkin purée
1/2cupextra firm tofuwith water drained and cut into cubes
1/4cupmaple syrup
2tablespoonscreamy almond butter
1/2teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
Pinchof salt
To top: whipped creamcandied pecans, cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Top with whipped cream, candied pecans, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or garnishes of your choice.
