Ingredients

pumpkin purée
1/2
cup
extra firm tofu
with water drained and cut into cubes
1/4
cup
maple syrup
2
tablespoons
creamy almond butter
1/2
teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice
Pinch
of salt
To top: whipped cream
candied pecans, cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Top with whipped cream, candied pecans, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or garnishes of your choice.
