Veggies – like all foods – are meant to be enjoyed. And if you don’t enjoy plain, raw veggies (I personally don’t blame you), then you have to try this high protein veggie dip.

I love a good dip.

Ranch? Put it on everything. Honey mustard? Delicious. And this 5-Minute High Protein Veggie Dip. Ridiculously good.

Because let’s be real: plain, raw veggies on their own are sometimes a little… meh.

As much as I love things like carrots and cucumbers, I much prefer to dip them in something delicious, like this dip.

If you also find that plain veggies aren’t super appealing on their own, I highly recommend trying this dip. Food is meant to be enjoyed, and you definitely do not need to be forcing yourself to eat veggies plain if you don’t like them.

Instead, make them delicious by roasting them, adding them to a salad, or adding fun dips and dressings.

This dip is made with just a few simple ingredients: cottage cheese, mayo, and plenty of spices.

If you’re not a mayo (or cottage cheese) fan, hear me out first: I promise, you can’t taste either one. The cottage cheese gets whipped and super smooth when blended. And I used Primal Kitchen new Whip Mayo that’s super creamy and full of flavor (but regular mayo will work too!).

The herbs and spices add so much flavor. It’s almost like a thicker, creamier ranch dip. Dreamy, I know!

Dip any of your favorite veg: cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, snap peas, bell peppers… the list goes on.

This dip will stay good in the refrigerator for about 4-5 days. Make sure to store it in an airtight container.

Mix the herbs

Gather your herbs. Add dried chopped onion, dried parsley flakes, garlic powder, and dried dill to a bowl, or feel free to add it right into the blender.

Blend the ingredients

Add the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, herbs and salt to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Add to a bowl

After everything is blended, add the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle some extra parsley or other fresh herbs on top.

Serve with veggies

Halve tomatoes, slice cucumbers and carrots, dip and enjoy!
