The 12 most nourishing, comforting, and delicious meals you need this winter
Instead of starting a new diet in January or taking foods out of your diet, focus on what you can add to your diet.
For cold weather months, I love warm and nourishing comfort meals. They’re hearty, they’re delicious and they’re the perfect warm meals for cold days.
Plus, they’re nourishing – full of nutrients that’ll keep you feeling full and satisfied.
Food shouldn’t be boring. And nutritious food doesn’t have to be bland.
It’s not sustainable to remove entire foods or food groups from your diet. And it’s definitely not enjoyable. Plus – unless there’s a medical, religious, or ethical necessity – there’s no reason you need to remove anything from your diet.
Try one of these recipes for 2024. They’re both nourishing and comforting – exactly what cold-weather meals should be.
