10 Easy Snacks You Can Make with 5 Ingredients or Less

Snacks are the best.
They’re that bridge between meals. Without them, we’d feel ravenous by dinnertime! Or lunchtime – I’m never opposed to a mid-morning snack when needed.
But it can be tricky to figure out what to snack on.
You need something that’s filling. And easy. No one wants to be cooking yet again for hours just to make a simple snack.
Most importantly, it should be delicious and satisfying. A measly apple alone? Not cutting it for a filling snack.
I love the snacks in this list because they’re all simple, easy to make, and so good.
With just a few ingredients (all under 5 ingredients!), you can batch make a snack to have for the whole week in order to make snacking as easy as possible.
Spend a little bit of time making these and then when that mid-afternoon snack calling hits – you’re ready to go.
Remember: there’s no benefit to not snacking if you’re really hungry between meals. Entering a meal ravenous only makes you eat faster, less mindfully, and often, leads to end up overfull.
Snacks are key to a balanced, feel-good day.
1. Healthy Edible Cookie Dough

When I’m craving something sweet, this edible cookie dough is everything.
While chocolate chip cookies are easily one of my favorite foods, I prefer the dough to the cookies. You can’t beat that gooey texture.
2. 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Mousse

This Peanut Butter Mousse. It’s made with just 3 simple ingredients and makes the most delectable snack. I love that you can make it ahead of time, too, to have snacks on hand for a few days.
Having an afternoon snack to look forward to is such a small glimmer during a busy day!
3. No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

What I love about these No Bake Peanut Butter Bars is that they taste almost exactly like those holiday Reese’s.
The base is so thick and luscious. It’s sweet but not too sweet and has the most perfect peanut butter texture. On top, go as heavy on the chocolate as you like! I prefer a layer that’s not too thin.
4. Chocolate Chip Chickpea Cookie Dough

This cookie dough is totally safe to eat by the spoonful – no worries about raw eggs or flour whatsoever.
Plus, it makes such a nutritious snack.
Because of the chickpeas, it’s full of protein and fiber – both nutrients that help to make meals and snacks filling.
